Position Summary

Dovida is seeking a Client Engagement Officer to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and maintain client engagement strategies to ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided.
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, and care providers to address concerns and provide updates on service delivery.
• Assist in resolving any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement client-centered plans that meet individual needs.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate, maintaining confidentiality as required.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly organized and empathetic individual who can effectively communicate with clients and their families. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in client services or social care is preferred.
