Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all building systems and equipment
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting as required
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Keep detailed records of work performed and maintenance schedules

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within an aged care setting
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for site visits
• Familiarity with building systems, tools, and materials
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
