About the Role

This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the safety, tidiness, and presentation of our facilities. You'll engage in both indoor maintenance tasks and outdoor work, with a dedicated day each week focused on mowing and general outdoor upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine indoor maintenance activities such as cleaning, minor repairs, and ensuring the premises are well-kept.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues that may affect safety or functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by managing waste disposal and general tidying tasks.
• Operate equipment safely for outdoor maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, and other landscaping tasks.

Requirements

• A proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Basic understanding of building and grounds maintenance principles.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license for potential transportation needs (if applicable).
