What You'll Do

• Shape and implement strategic plans that enhance CAWLS' mission and impact in the community.
• Oversee all operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, including financial management and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies, partners, and the broader community.
• Advocate for women's rights and promote CAWLS' vision of equal access to justice in Central Australia.

Who We're Looking For

• A proven leader with a track record of success in executive roles within non-profit or legal organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to social justice and women's rights.
• Experienced in financial management and budgeting for non-profit organizations.
