Position Summary
CSC Generation is seeking a Chief of Staff to support our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence across our portfolio of iconic brands.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support company growth and innovation
- Coordinate with executive leadership on key projects and initiatives
- Manage internal communications and ensure alignment among all departments
- Oversee the execution of operational processes and systems
- Support CEO and CTO in decision-making and problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer (COO), or similar executive role
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the retail industry, particularly with AI-native technologies and omnichannel strategies
- A proven track record of operational excellence and process improvement
