The Opportunity

As a Chief Revenue Officer at Leafworks GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to refine and expand our commercial strategy. Your responsibilities include building a cohesive Commercial Organization encompassing Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner Management. You will establish frameworks for sustainable and profitable growth, actively shaping the future of Leafworks.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of our commercial growth strategy
• Expansion of new customer acquisition and refinement of our sales approach
• Building a robust lead pipeline in conjunction with marketing efforts
• Professionalization of key account management and expansion of cross-selling and upselling initiatives
• Further development of CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management tools

Qualifications

We are seeking a visionary leader with non-traditional yet innovative commercial experience. You should have extensive experience in a Commercial-, Revenue- or Sales-leadership role, proven success in building profitable growth, enterprise sales or value selling expertise, and experience in establishing structured sales and revenue processes. A solid understanding of marketing, customer success, and account management is essential. Fluent in German and English.
