About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager with crypto domain expertise to ensure our products are fully supported by robust operational processes. As we scale spot trading, onboarding, payments, and client support, this role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations for clients. You will act as the operational bridge between the business and centralised back-office, customer support, and payments teams.
