About the Role

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support transactional activities across the Asia Pacific region. This role involves engaging with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and third parties to provide strategic legal advice and manage contracts. The position is based in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) and requires strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with local and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide transactional support across the Asia Pacific region
• Engage with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and third parties to deliver strategic legal advice
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Liaise with local and global teams for seamless operations and decision-making
• Oversee contract management and support process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited institution, be admitted to practice in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) or another relevant jurisdiction, and have at least 7 years of experience in corporate legal roles. Strong knowledge of real estate and contract management is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
