What You'll Do

• Ensure all property transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with agents to manage contract documentation
• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
• Support the Contracts team in achieving high performance standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within real estate or legal fields
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with property transaction processes and contract management systems
• A degree in law, business administration, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
