Key Responsibilities
- Support contract management, administration, and negotiation processes for global revenue transactions
- Assist with overflow procurement transactions
- Aid in defining and executing policies, templates, risk posture, negotiation guidelines, and related processes
- Provide legal support to teams dedicated to revenue and procurement contracts

- Experience in managing and negotiating complex global transactions
