Role Overview

Your Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to the HR department on various matters including employment law, contracts, and compliance issues.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as policies, agreements, and contracts.
• Conduct research and analysis of relevant laws, regulations, and case law.
• Support the management team with strategic HR initiatives and ensure all actions are legally compliant.

Who We're Looking For

• A qualified Legal Counsel or Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years' experience in employment law.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
