The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced lawyers to join our dynamic team as In-House Legal Counsel. This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals who thrive in providing practical and commercial legal advice within an in-house setting. As part of our client’s legal team, you will contribute to strategic decision-making processes and help navigate complex business challenges.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide practical and commercial legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters
- Assist in the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Participate in client meetings and provide legal guidance
- Support business operations by identifying legal risks and recommending solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an in-house lawyer, with a focus on commercial law
- Demonstrated ability to blend into and contribute effectively within an in-house legal team
- Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
