The Opportunity

A highly field-based Area Manager role overseeing a multi-site commercial cleaning portfolio across Regional NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations leader to join a national industry leader and enjoy strong career progression, autonomy, and long-term potential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee the service delivery of multiple commercial cleaning sites in the region
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and quality control measures
• Manage a team of cleaners to deliver high-quality services
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections
• Travel extensively across the assigned area on a daily basis

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning operations management
• A track record of delivering high-quality service delivery
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel extensively across the region on a daily basis
