Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of Skechers and Dr. Martens stores across Auckland and The North Island. As the Area Manager, you will drive commercial success while developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead multiple stores across both brands
• Partner closely with Store Managers to maximize sales
• Develop and implement strategies for store performance improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Create a positive work environment that fosters team collaboration and growth

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management
• Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop high-performing teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and working under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
