The Opportunity

PeopleSearch Pte Ltd is seeking a Legal Counsel to lead regulatory, commercial, and corporate legal matters in a fast-paced, cross-border environment. As the Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for leading all regulatory matters, including licensing applications, renewals, and ongoing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all regulatory matters, including licensing applications, renewals, and ongoing compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide legal guidance on market entry
• Provide strategic advice to the business on commercial and corporate legal issues
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and external counsel

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong knowledge of Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) and international legal frameworks, particularly in the technology sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
