Seattle, WA – Litigation Income Partner

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Litigation Income Partner for its Seattle, WA office. This full-time position offers an opportunity for an experienced trial attorney to build a substantial practice as a senior litigator within our Litigation Department.

About the Role

The Litigation Income Partner will combine deep legal expertise with business development and practice management responsibilities. This role emphasizes client origination, case strategy and supervision, and leadership within the firm's litigation practice. As an Income Partner, you will develop and manage your own client relationships while contributing to the overall success of the Seattle litigation team.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial litigation matters and lead case strategy for diverse clients
• Build and maintain a significant client base through business development initiatives
• Oversee trial strategy, settlement negotiations, and dispute resolution
• Supervise junior attorneys and contribute to the professional development of the team
• Handle complex legal analysis and provide counsel on litigation risk and strategy
• Uphold the highest professional standards in all client matters

What We're Looking For

• 12 or more years of commercial litigation experience required
• Insurance bad faith and coverage litigation experience preferred
• Valid license to practice law in the state of Washington
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required
• Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior attorneys
