About the Role

As Assistant Manager at our Arby's restaurant, you'll partner with our management team to ensure every customer enjoys exceptional food and service. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, guide team members, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

What You'll Do

• Support store operations and lead shifts to deliver outstanding customer service
• Train, supervise, and motivate crew members to achieve team goals
• Monitor inventory, food preparation quality, and product freshness standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
• Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and daily closing procedures
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
• Contribute to community engagement and local restaurant initiatives
