Team Member

Join the Arby's team at our Midwest City location in Oklahoma County as a full-time Team Member. You'll be part of the crew at one of the largest Arby's operations in the world, operated by Flynn Group.

Position Summary

As a Team Member, you'll deliver exceptional service to our guests while maintaining our high standards for food quality and restaurant cleanliness. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and grow with a national leader in franchise operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly, professional demeanor at the counter and drive-thru
• Prepare food items according to company recipes and quality standards
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, including dining room and kitchen spaces
• Stock supplies and monitor inventory levels throughout your shift
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure compliance with food service regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals during peak hours

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (or currently pursuing)
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers
• Reliability and a willingness to follow instructions and procedures
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends as needed
• Basic math skills for handling cash and reading kitchen tickets
