Scout Junior Quality Coordinator – Portuguese (Brazil)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in Brazil who is seeking a Portuguese (Brazil) Junior Quality Coordinator to support their search quality evaluation program. This is a remote, part-time or full-time freelance role for candidates based in Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data on quality performance and produce statistical quality reports with support from senior coordinators
• Complete internal assessments and provide feedback on test ranges and queries from the team
• Provide support to raters, educating them on best practices and client expectations
• Flag raters showing behavioral concerns and review root cause analyses
• Participate in creating and reviewing training materials, including best practices, newsletters, and webinars
• Track and analyze performance data to support program objectives
• Monitor rater queries and attend meetings with stakeholders as needed
• Perform additional program-specific tasks to achieve key results
• Complete tasks in both Portuguese (Brazil) and English (US)

What We're Looking For

• Fully proficient in Portuguese (Brazil) with strong English language skills
• Must be currently located in Brazil
• Strong understanding of popular culture in Portuguese-speaking Brazil
• Web-savvy with excellent online research capabilities
• Can you find what you need with just a few keywords? This role requires exceptional search engine skills
• Reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software
• Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with project conventions
• Must be dedicated only to search quality rating (no current or previous ads quality rating experience)
• Must be the only household member working as a search quality rater
• Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
• Must pass required learning modules and quality tests before starting work
• Available for 20 hours/week (part-time) or 40 hours/week (full-time)
