Customer & Field Marketing Manager – US Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare IT organization seeking a Customer & Field Marketing Manager to join their team on a fully remote basis anywhere in the US.

Our client is a well-established clinical communication solutions provider serving hospitals, health systems, and medical practices nationwide. They've earned industry recognition for innovation and customer satisfaction, and they're looking for someone to own two critical marketing functions: keeping existing customers engaged and growing, and executing the field events strategy that drives enterprise deals.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, sales enablement, and field execution. You'll build the proof points—references, case studies, and advocate programs—that close deals and demonstrate value. You'll also execute events and create the custom assets sales needs to win in the room.

Responsibilities

• Sales Enablement: Build custom pitch decks and assets for enterprise client engagements; operationalize core positioning materials; bridge the gap between marketing narrative and what reps present in live deals
• Field & Event Execution: Execute the events strategy including booth presence, on-site meetings, and post-event follow-through; own event ROI and the full pre- and post-event motion with sales and customer success teams
• References & Advocacy: Build and manage the customer reference and advocacy program; recruit advocates and convert customer outcomes into proof points; partner with content and product marketing to produce case studies
• Field Enablement: Create and maintain field and event enablement materials in partnership with product marketing's core positioning
• Customer & Expansion Marketing: Drive customer and expansion pipeline in partnership with Customer Success; contribute to net revenue retention through targeted marketing influence

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in customer marketing, field marketing, or events in B2B SaaS; healthcare IT experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build programs and run events and customer motions simultaneously without dropping either
• Track record building reference and advocacy programs, ideally from scratch
• Strong collaboration skills with Customer Success and Sales teams
• AI-first approach to scaling field and customer content production
• Ability to travel up to 25% for events and customer engagements
• Experience supporting due diligence processes with customer proof points is a plus
