EY is hiring a SAP Finance - Cost Center Accounting Manager Consultant to drive financial transformation and operational excellence for our enterprise clients. Based in Atlanta, this full-time position offers the opportunity to shape how organizations leverage SAP technology to optimize their finance function.

About the Role

As a Manager Consultant in SAP Finance focused on cost center accounting, you'll partner with enterprise clients to design and implement finance solutions that directly impact their bottom line. You'll combine deep SAP Finance expertise with strategic business acumen to help organizations streamline cost management, improve visibility into spending patterns, and enhance financial governance across their operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end SAP Finance engagements, with emphasis on cost center accounting processes, organizational structures, and cost allocation strategies
• Analyze client financial requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions that drive operational efficiency
• Design and validate cost center hierarchies, allocation methodologies, and financial reporting frameworks within SAP
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated finance transformations
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, demonstrate capabilities, and build consensus on solution design
• Support testing, implementation, and go-live activities to ensure successful system adoption and value realization

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in SAP Finance applications, particularly cost center accounting, profit center accounting, or management accounting
• 5+ years of experience in financial consulting, SAP implementation, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of cost management principles, financial processes, and business process optimization
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead cross-team project deliverables
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
