What You'll Do

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot separation technology instruments and associated automation systems in laboratory settings
• Perform analytical testing, sample preparation, and data analysis following established scientific protocols
• Ensure all laboratory procedures comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory standards
• Document procedures, maintain detailed records, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
• Support quality assurance initiatives and participate in continuous improvement efforts
• Work the first shift (day) schedule and adhere to all workplace safety requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, life sciences, or related discipline, or equivalent laboratory experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of separation science principles (chromatography, electrophoresis, or similar techniques)
• Familiarity with laboratory automation equipment and analytical instrumentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow GMP protocols and safety standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in regulated environments
