EY is hiring a SAP Finance Controlling Manager to join its Consulting practice in Stamford, Fairfield County, helping clients unlock the full value of SAP technology across their finance and controlling operations. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity to shape transformation programs at a globally connected professional services leader.

About the Role

As an SAP Finance Controlling Manager within EY Consulting, you will guide organizations through the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP solutions that strengthen financial management and cost controlling. You will translate complex business needs into practical SAP capabilities, giving clients a fresh perspective on how the technology can elevate their everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of SAP Controlling (CO) engagements from planning through implementation and go-live.
• Advise finance stakeholders on how SAP technology can improve reporting, costing, and operational efficiency.
• Manage project teams, timelines, and deliverables while upholding high quality standards.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to extend value.
• Mentor junior consultants and support their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules.
• A track record of leading consulting engagements or finance transformation projects.
• Strong command of controlling processes such as cost center accounting, profitability analysis, and internal reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Stamford, Fairfield County.
