About the Role
As an Audi Master Guild Technician at JP Euro, you'll bring your advanced expertise in Audi and European vehicle repair to a dynamic shop environment. You'll work with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and specialized tools, performing complex repairs and maintenance on luxury and performance vehicles. Your technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities will be essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $50 to $65 per hour based on experience and certifications. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Audi vehicles using advanced scanning and diagnostic equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance services including fluid services, inspections, and component replacements
- Troubleshoot complex electrical, transmission, engine, and suspension systems
- Communicate with customers regarding repair estimates, timelines, and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Current Audi Master Guild Certification or equivalent advanced Audi training and qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Audi and European vehicle repair
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostic scanning tools and specialized equipment
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
