Each completed signing pays between $85.00 and $200.00 per appointment, giving motivated notary signing agents a clear path to strong, per-signing earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations across Seattle and the wider King County area to perform loan signing appointments.
- Carefully review, present, and notarize loan and closing documents in line with established notary standards.
- Verify signer identity, witness signatures, and ensure every document is executed accurately and completely.
- Manage scheduling and on-demand availability to meet client signing needs promptly and professionally.
- Return completed paperwork accurately and on time to support a smooth closing process.
Qualifications
- Active commission as a notary public, ideally with loan signing agent experience.
- Familiarity with loan signing documents and standard closing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and the flexibility to accept appointments on demand throughout King County.
