Workday is seeking a results-driven Sales (IC) Senior Manager – Broker Strategy & Virtual Broker Sales to lead Medicare Advantage and Part D growth across the United States in this full-time, work-from-home opportunity.

About the Role

As Sales (IC) Senior Manager – Broker Strategy & Virtual Broker Sales, you will own the local broker strategy while guiding a team that drives new Individual Medicare Advantage and Part D enrollment virtually through local brokers, downline agencies, and smaller FMO partners. You will set fresh quarterly sales targets for the Virtual Broker Management team and ensure those goals are met in close partnership with the local broker organization. Serving as the link between national and regional broker teams, you will champion clear communication, collaboration, and a best-in-class broker experience at every level of the hierarchy. Travel is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and advance the local broker strategy across virtual sales channels.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team selling Medicare Advantage and Part D products.
  • Establish quarterly sales objectives and hold the team accountable to them.
  • Connect national and local broker teams to keep efforts aligned.
  • Build strong relationships with local and regional sales leaders and matrix partners in Sales Effectiveness, Enablement, Integrity, and Operations.
  • Identify obstacles and help clear the path so the team can succeed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of managed care sales, account management, or servicing experience — or 10 years of equivalent experience without a degree.
  • A current, valid state insurance license, or the ability to secure one within 90 days.
  • Solid command of managed care products, processes, and market trends.
  • Proven people leadership, mentoring, and analytical reporting abilities.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and business writing skills.
  • Skill in juggling competing priorities and adapting through change.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Preferred: familiarity with sales platforms such as Salesforce and 2 years of supervisory experience.
