Fit summary

Strong fit if you excel at enterprise software sales, partner/broker motions, and senior IC ownership. Weaker fit if you want classic people-manager headcount growth over individual-contributor strategy and virtual channel sales.

Day in the role

As a Sales (IC) Senior Manager for Broker Strategy & Virtual Broker Sales at Workday, a typical day mixes pipeline reviews, broker-partner strategy, and virtual deal coaching. Skills to emphasize

Prioritize enterprise SaaS sales process, broker/channel strategy, virtual selling, Workday-domain fluency (HCM/finance buyers), and executive stakeholder management. No certification list was provided for this role family.
