Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI technology company in their search for a Contract Sales Recruiter. This remote role offers the chance to work with a fast-growing organization backed by top-tier investors, building out their sales organization during a period of significant expansion.

You'll own the complete recruiting lifecycle for Account Executive positions, managing both direct sourcing efforts and external agency partnerships to build a world-class sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Account Executive roles from initial sourcing through offer negotiation and close
• Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, including vetting, onboarding, performance tracking, and fee negotiations
• Create scorecards and feedback systems to evaluate agency performance and make data-driven partnership decisions
• Design and refine interview processes, assessment criteria, and candidate materials for sales roles
• Collaborate with sales leadership on compensation strategy and competitive positioning
• Maintain recruiting data integrity and track key metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and source effectiveness
• Provide regular reporting on recruiting funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Sales and Account Executive hiring
• Hands-on experience managing agency partnerships beyond simply receiving candidate submissions—including coaching agencies, setting standards, and managing performance
• Proven track record as a strong closer with specific examples of AE roles filled and competitive time-to-fill metrics
• Strong outbound sourcing capabilities; you don't rely solely on inbound interest or agency submissions
• Experience recruiting in startup or high-growth environments with evolving processes and minimal structure
• Analytical mindset with focus on funnel conversion metrics rather than just volume
• Comfortable working remotely with some overlap with Pacific time zone hours for team collaboration and candidate interviews
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics
