Sales Associate-ANN

Join Knitwellgroup as a Sales Associate-ANN at our Store 2302 location in Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin, FL 32550. This is a full-time retail position where you'll deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent our brand to customers shopping at one of the region's premier outlet destinations.

Position Summary

We're looking for a motivated Sales Associate to become a key member of our Destin retail team. In this role, you'll engage with customers, showcase our products, complete transactions, and maintain a welcoming store environment. Your enthusiasm for customer service and ability to build relationships will directly impact both customer satisfaction and store performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and fit guidance
• Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain product displays, organize inventory, and ensure the sales floor is clean and well-organized
• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and store policies
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and provide consistent service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Perform opening or closing duties as assigned, including cash handling and store setup

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail or customer service experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability including weekends
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
