Role Overview

As an Associate (SAPT) for Lane Bryant, you'll be the face of our brand, creating welcoming shopping experiences for our customers. This full-time role combines customer engagement, product knowledge, and operational excellence to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships in our Melbourne, Florida store.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers with finding the right sizes, styles, and products that meet their needs
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about Lane Bryant's apparel, accessories, and collections
• Process transactions, handle payments, and process returns with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain store displays, manage inventory, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Support store operations including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and team coordination
• Achieve sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service and brand representation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting store performance expectations
