Position Summary

As a Sales Associate-ANN with Knitwellgroup, you'll be the face of our brand on the sales floor. You'll engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products that fit their lifestyle. This is a full-time role where you'll combine sales expertise with genuine hospitality to create a memorable shopping experience at our Santana Row location.

Core Duties

• Greet customers and assess their needs to provide personalized product recommendations
• Demonstrate product features and benefits, answering questions with product knowledge and confidence
• Process transactions accurately at point-of-sale, handling cash and card payments
• Maintain store appearance through visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory organization
• Support store operations by responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns professionally
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized during busy periods
• Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
