Role Overview
As a Sales Lead at Store 6420-Ave at Viera-LaneBryant in Melbourne, FL 32940, you're the backbone of our store's success. You'll supervise daily sales operations, mentor team members, and create an exceptional shopping experience for our guests. This is a full-time opportunity to make a real impact in retail leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed store sales targets and KPIs
- Supervise floor operations, including customer service, merchandising, and inventory management

- Monitor store appearance, visual merchandising, and brand standards
- Assist with staffing schedules and performance management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements
- Proven retail sales or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and train team members

- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
