Knitwellgroup is hiring a Sales Lead-ANN at our Store 1435 location in Belden Village Westfield-ANN-Canton, OH 44718. This is a full-time position where you'll lead our sales floor team and drive customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Role Overview

As a Sales Lead-ANN at Knitwellgroup's Store 1435 in Belden Village Westfield-ANN-Canton, OH, you'll take ownership of our sales operation and team performance. You'll report directly to store management and serve as a key leader on the floor, setting the tone for customer service excellence and sales achievement. This role combines hands-on selling expertise with team leadership responsibility in a dynamic retail setting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Engage customers directly on the sales floor, demonstrating product knowledge and closing sales
• Monitor floor activity, respond to customer needs, and resolve issues in real time
• Support inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation standards
• Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of sales team members
• Collaborate with store management on sales strategies and operational goals
• Maintain compliance with company policies, labor standards, and loss prevention protocols

Who We're Looking For

• Proven sales and customer service experience, ideally in a leadership or floor supervisor capacity
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems, inventory tools, and retail management software
• Reliability, integrity, and a genuine passion for the retail customer experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and seasonal peak periods
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of retail operations
