About This Position

As an Associate at our Parkridge Center store, you'll be the face of Knitwellgroup, connecting with customers and creating a welcoming retail environment. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop meaningful customer relationships while contributing to a dynamic store team. You'll play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring every customer visit is memorable.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a focus on understanding their needs and preferences
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle cash and card payments
• Stock shelves and displays, maintaining product organization and visual merchandising standards
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and organizing shipments
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout your shift
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
• Answer customer inquiries about products, sizes, and store policies with confidence and care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods during shifts
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
