About This Position
We're looking for a dedicated Part-Time Sales Associate to join Knitwellgroup's retail operations in Smithfield, NC. In this role, you'll engage with customers daily, help them find what they're looking for, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and assess their shopping needs
- Build product knowledge and make thoughtful recommendations to guide purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions promptly and accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Keep merchandise displays neat, organized, and visually appealing
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and replenishing shelves
- Handle customer questions and resolve any concerns with professionalism and courtesy
