Sachbearbeiter Zoll Import & Export (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization in western Munich. In this role, you will independently process import and export transactions and transfer goods into the required customs procedures. You will prepare and monitor customs declarations and export notifications while ensuring proper documentation. Additionally, you will review sanctions and embargo requirements and classify goods according to relevant commodity and customs tariff codes. You will manage customs authorizations and ensure compliance with all customs and export control regulations. You will also serve as a competent point of contact for authorities and internal departments on customs and export matters.

What We're Looking For

• Completed apprenticeship as Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Industriekaufmann, or comparable commercial qualification
• Previous experience in customs processing, export administration, import administration, or customs clearance roles
• Several years of experience in import and export processing or relevant additional qualification in customs operations
• Knowledge of ATLAS and proficient use of SAP
• Very good German and English language skills
• Careful, structured, and responsible working approach
