As an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator in Medical-Surgical nursing, you'll blend clinical expertise with coordination leadership to optimize patient care delivery and unit operations. What You'll Do
- Coordinate care activities across the Med-Surg unit, facilitating communication between nursing staff, physicians, and clinical departments
- Support resource management, patient scheduling, and bed assignments to ensure efficient unit operations
- Champion clinical quality initiatives, patient safety protocols, and evidence-based nursing practices
- Mentor nursing team members and contribute to staff development and orientation programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and care standards
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and clinical compliance standards
- Participate in quality improvement projects and contribute to operational excellence initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Current Florida RN licensure
