Role Overview

As a Party Host at Altitude Trampoline Park, you'll be at the center of every celebration we host, ensuring every guest experiences the energy and safety standards that define our brand. This is a full-time position where you'll wear multiple hats—from event coordination to facility management—all while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere that makes parties at Altitude memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests for birthday parties, special events, and group gatherings
• Guide families through our facility and explain house rules and safety protocols
• Supervise jumpers on the trampolines and in activity areas while enforcing safety standards
• Manage party setup and breakdown, including tables, decorations, and equipment
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, safe environment throughout the facility during all operating hours
• Coordinate with management on special requests or event logistics

Who We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest service
• Reliable transportation and commitment to consistent attendance
• Willingness to complete and pass our comprehensive in-house safety training program
• Prior experience in hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles (a plus)
• Energy and enthusiasm for working with families and children in a recreational setting
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
