What You'll Do
- Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and respond to changing clinical conditions in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following established protocols and best practices
- Triage incoming patients and prioritize care based on acuity and clinical need
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and communicate patient status to team members
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, hospital committees, and professional development opportunities
- Support a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous learning within the department
What We're Looking For
- Current Florida RN license in good standing
- Experience in emergency nursing or acute care settings
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize care effectively
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional excellence
