About the Role

This position offers newly graduated Registered Nurses an intensive residency pathway into operating room (OR) nursing. You'll begin your career as an OR circulating nurse, supporting surgical teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This full-time role emphasizes hands-on learning, clinical skill development, and professional confidence-building during your critical first years as an RN.

What You'll Do

• Circulate cases in the operating room, ensuring surgical suite readiness and optimal patient care
• Support surgical teams by managing equipment, supplies, and documentation during procedures
• Develop foundational competencies in perioperative nursing under the guidance of experienced preceptors
• Build clinical judgment and decision-making skills in a controlled, mentored environment
• Maintain patient safety standards and infection control protocols throughout surgical cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing teams to deliver seamless surgical experiences

What We're Looking For

• Current RN licensure in Missouri (or ability to obtain)
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN)
