About the Role
This full-time manager position is based in Boston, Massachusetts and offers the opportunity to work on high-impact risk and compliance projects across diverse industries. You'll partner with enterprise clients to identify, assess, and mitigate digital and technology-related risks, drawing on deep expertise in IT governance, security, and organizational resilience.
What You'll Do
- Lead risk assessment engagements, advising clients on digital risk strategy and IT risk management
- Design and oversee internal and external audit activities related to technology and information security
- Conduct IT control evaluations and recommend enhancements to client risk frameworks
- Build and mentor consulting teams, ensuring quality delivery and professional growth
- Manage client relationships and serve as trusted advisor on emerging digital and cyber risks
- Contribute to proposal development and business development initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Manager-level experience in risk consulting, IT audit, or cybersecurity advisory
- Strong knowledge of digital risk, IT governance, and technology risk management frameworks
- Track record of leading client engagements and managing professional teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or similar are preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, accounting, or related field
