Revenue Cycle Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential dental services organization in their search for a Revenue Cycle Manager. This is a senior, strategic role for someone who wants to build and scale revenue cycle operations—not simply maintain existing processes. You'll own insurance verification, claims management, and credentialing across multiple markets, drive the KPIs that matter to financial performance, and build the team structure needed to support continued growth.

This role reports to senior leadership and includes managing a team of billing managers, verification specialists, claims staff, and team leads.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end revenue cycle including verification, coding support, claim submission, payment posting, accounts receivable management, denial management, and patient collections across all markets
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators: net collection rate, days in AR, denial and rejection rates, clean-claim rate, and aging buckets
• Build and document standardized workflows, create training systems, and develop SOPs that ensure consistent performance across locations
• Manage and develop in-house verification and claims staff; design team structure and capacity planning to support organizational growth
• Oversee relationships with any outsourced billing partners, including performance monitoring, SLA management, output audits, and coordination with internal audit functions
• Stand up revenue cycle operations for new markets as the organization expands

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in dental or healthcare revenue cycle management with demonstrated ownership of the full revenue cycle (not limited to billing or verifications alone)
• Proven track record stabilizing, building, or scaling RCM operations—ideally across multiple locations in a multi-site healthcare organization
• Strong working knowledge of dental and medical insurance processes including PPO, HMO, and Medicaid verification and claims; coding standards; and denials and appeals management
• Experience as a process builder: you've documented workflows, created training programs, and established metrics and accountability systems from the ground up
• Demonstrated success managing and developing distributed or remote teams
• Data-driven approach with comfort owning KPIs and using analytics to drive continuous improvement

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $120,000 – $145,000 per year.
