Retirement Plan Support Specialist

UMB is seeking a dedicated Retirement Plan Support Specialist to join our team at our locations across 3 cities.

Position Summary

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support for retirement plans, ensuring clients receive accurate and timely information. Your expertise will be crucial in helping us maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to retirement plans efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise explanations regarding their retirement plan options and processes.
• Assist in the administration of various retirement plans, including recordkeeping and compliance tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retirement plan regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retirement planning or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with retirement plan regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
