What You'll Do

• Assist students in exploring and understanding various career options through individual counseling sessions.
• Develop and deliver workshops on resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.

• Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate career development activities into the curriculum.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of career services and implement improvements based on feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, or a related field is required.
• Experience in career counseling or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead workshops and presentations.
