Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Welcome test-takers and walk them through efficient check-in for FCLE sessions.
• Confirm identification documents and appointment information against records.
• Set up room equipment, seating, and supplies before testing begins.
• Monitor the room continuously to preserve quiet and enforce all guidelines.
• Deliver clear instructions about procedures and handle routine questions from participants.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment or software issues during sessions.
• Manage the secure storage, distribution, and collection of testing materials.
• Log attendance, incidents, and session details in required systems.
• Coordinate with fellow staff members to keep daily workflow smooth at Site 1 - Main (M) - Campus.
