Epic Willow IP/AP/Ambulatory Analyst

Tegria is seeking an experienced Epic Willow IP/AP/Ambulatory Analyst to join our team across multiple locations. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful healthcare solutions.

Role Overview

In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and optimization of Epic Willow modules, including Inpatient (IP), Ambulatory Payment (AP), and Ambulatory services. Your expertise will help streamline processes and enhance patient care delivery systems.

Core Duties

• Provide comprehensive support for Epic Willow IP/AP/Ambulatory modules during implementation phases.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to analyze and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and best practices.
• Participate in user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical and operational workflows through system enhancements and process optimizations.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Epic Willow modules, particularly in IP/AP/Ambulatory settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use.
