Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical and operational workflows through system enhancements and process optimizations. What We're Looking For A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Epic Willow modules, particularly in IP/AP/Ambulatory settings. Demonstrated proficiency in system configuration, testing, and go-live support. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use.
