About the Role

As a Retail Inventory Manager, you'll be a key member of Aritzia's Inventory Management Department—a team with a clear mission: enable a beautifully curated merchandise selection and maintain a seamless retail environment where customers can discover and shop with confidence. Your work directly impacts inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and the shopping experiences that define Aritzia's brand.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily inventory operations and stock levels to ensure merchandise availability and minimize stockouts
• Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and system reconciliations to maintain accurate records
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and implement solutions
• Coordinate with merchandising, sales, and operations teams to align stock with business priorities
• Organize and maintain the stockroom for maximum efficiency and accessibility
• Monitor merchandise movement and manage inventory systems to support store performance
• Contribute to maintaining the operational standards Aritzia customers expect
