Retail Stores- Risk Associate

Aritzia is hiring a Part-Time Retail Stores Risk Associate in Tampa, Hillsborough County to join our Enterprise Risk Management team. In this role, you'll protect our merchandise and store assets while partnering with the store team to create a welcoming, secure shopping environment for every customer.

About the Role

Our Risk Associate plays a vital part in our retail operations by balancing loss prevention with exceptional service delivery. Based in our Tampa location, you'll work closely with store leadership to safeguard Aritzia's inventory and brand reputation while maintaining the positive, inclusive atmosphere our customers expect.

What You'll Do

• Monitor store operations and merchandise displays to identify and prevent loss or damage
• Assist the store team in creating a secure, welcoming environment that encourages customers to shop confidently
• Conduct regular audits and observations of store procedures, security protocols, and asset protection measures
• Report findings and escalate concerns to store management and the Enterprise Risk Management department
• Support training and awareness initiatives to help team members understand loss prevention best practices
• Collaborate with store staff to resolve operational challenges and maintain compliance with company policies
• Document incidents, patterns, and recommendations to help strengthen store security
