About the Role
As a Senior Equipment & Supply Consultant - Design - Northeast with Sysco, you will translate foodservice operational needs into precise, construction-ready documentation. Working from Mount Holly, Burlington County, you will own the design process from initial concept through detailed drawing sets, partnering with stakeholders to bring functional, efficient kitchens to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop foodservice equipment drawings using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software.
- Produce schematic design layouts that capture each project's spatial and operational requirements.
- Assemble complete construction drawing sets, including utility rough-in drawings, equipment schedules, and detailed specifications.
- Review proposed foodservice designs and drawings collaboratively with project stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Coordinate revisions and refinements so plans stay accurate, code-conscious, and ready for build-out.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) for generating equipment layouts and construction documentation.
- Experience preparing utility rough-in drawings, equipment schedules, and technical specifications.
- Strong ability to communicate design intent and collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
- Must be located within the Eastern Time zone to align with regional project schedules.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the organizational skills to manage complete drawing sets through to completion.
